Maybe you’ve been hyperventilating, feeling overwhelmed, or like your body is in survival mode.

The Wheel of Life is here to help you see the full picture, without the pressure to fix everything all at once.

If you can’t deeply see and understand the problem or energy drain in your life, you can’t solve it. This exercise helps you pause, breathe, and finally name what’s pulling your energy away from where you truly want it to go.

You want to feel grounded, supported, and rooted in your body. You want to know where your energy is going, and where it’s not.

You want to start making small, aligned shifts that actually feel doable, so you can stand tall, feel safe, and move forward with more confidence.

How to Use the Wheel of Life

1. Look at the Wheel of Life.
Use the downloadable version or create your own with a blank piece of paper.

2. Print it out or draw your own.
No fancy supplies needed, just a pen and a few minutes of your time.

3. Shade each section.
Go around the wheel and shade each area to reflect how fulfilled you feel there right now (1 is low, 10 is high). Be honest, this is for you.

4. Pick your three lowest areas.
Take a minute to notice which areas feel least full. This is where you’re likely feeling stuck or drained.

5. Choose one small action for each.
Think about one thing you could do this week in each of those areas to feel a little more supported, more fulfilled, or more you.
